Read documentation

What is Presto?

Presto is an open-source query engine that lets you use SQL to query relational databases, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and data lakes housed in distributed file systems. Presto queries can combine data from multiple different sources. Originally developed by Facebook, Presto development is now supported by the Presto Foundation, an independent nonprofit under the Linux Foundation.
