Metabase Open Source Free and self-hosted

Your AI agent installs the open-source version of Metabase on your own machine with Docker or Java, then opens it at localhost:3000. No account needed. 

Help me install Metabase Open Source (https://www.metabase.com/start/oss), the free, self-hosted version that runs locally on my machine.

1. If Docker is installed, run:
docker run -d -p 3000:3000 --name metabase metabase/metabase

2. Otherwise, download metabase.jar, move it into a new directory, and run:
java --add-opens java.base/java.nio=ALL-UNNAMED -jar metabase.jar

3. Wait for “Metabase Initialization Complete”, open localhost:3000, and help me create an admin account and connect my database.
